These Terms of Use apply to packdrawrewards.net and all sub-domains (the “Website”), owned and operated by Daily Gamba LLC (“Daily Gamba”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Your access to and use of the Website are governed by these Terms, which form a legally binding contract between you and us.
Your relationship with us is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your participation in any reward, prize or promotion is additionally subject to our Promotion Terms, which are incorporated here by reference. By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all three.
What this Website is — and is not
This is an independent community rewards hub for the PackDraw affiliate code DAILY. It is not operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with PackDraw beyond an affiliate relationship. It is not a case-opening site. You cannot deposit, wager, open packs or withdraw here. No gambling of any kind takes place on this Website.
Every reward described on this Website is funded from affiliate commission earned on code DAILY. We display information about PackDraw’s own promotions for convenience only; those are run and paid by PackDraw and we have no control over their rules, prizes or outcomes.
Links to PackDraw are affiliate links. If you register or play through them, we may earn commission at no additional cost to you. That commission is what funds the leaderboard, the raffle and the boosts.
Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older, or the minimum legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction if that is higher, to use this Website or take part in any promotion.
- You are responsible for ensuring that using this Website and participating in promotions is lawful where you live. We make no representation that the Website is appropriate or available for use outside Florida, U.S.A..

Accounts and access
This Website has no public user accounts, logins or passwords. You are not asked to create one, and we will never ask for your PackDraw credentials. If anyone claiming to represent this site asks for a password, a login link, a two-factor code or remote access to your device, it is fraud — report it in the Discord.
You are responsible for making the arrangements necessary to access the Website, and for ensuring anyone accessing it through your connection is aware of and complies with these Terms.
Acceptable use
The following is a non-exhaustive list of things you agree not to do. You will not:
- submit material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful or otherwise objectionable;
- harm minors in any way, or attempt to use the Website if you are under 18;

- enter a promotion using a PackDraw or Discord identity that is not yours;
- operate multiple accounts, or coordinate entries with others, to gain an advantage in any promotion;
- submit material infringing any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, privacy or publicity right;
- transmit unsolicited commercial messages, spam, chain messages or similar;
- transmit viruses, malware, Trojan horses or any code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit functionality;
- interfere with or disrupt the Website, its servers or connected networks, or attempt a denial-of-service attack;
- use bots, scrapers, data mining or automated tools against the Website or its APIs, or attempt to circumvent rate limits;
- attempt to access the administration area, or any non-public part of the Website;

- reproduce, frame, mirror or copy the Website or any substantial portion of it;
